It sure took us a lot longer to get the room together (second child problems), but Oliver’s room is finally together. I wanted to share with you because I think it turned out pretty cute. It’s a mountain and bear theme with varying shades of blue and gray. The centerpiece of the room is the mountain wall. We followed this tutorial from The Sweetest Digs (which was easy to follow and basically just entails using painter’s tape to create triangles on the wall) and picked out varying shades of blue and gray from Sherwin William’s for the paint for the mountains.
The crib is the Tatum Convertible Crib in Grey & Simply White from Pottery Barn kids and is the one we used with Parker. We picked the gray and white crib knowing it would work with a boy or girl, and its held up really well over time. I found the Bear Adventure mobile on Etsy by CozyFeltCraftAndMore, and I think it is absolutely adorable and perfect for the room. The pillows are both from Pottery Barn Kids and matched the mountain and bear theme perfectly.
The bear rug was a gift from my sister in law from the Etsy shop ClaraLoo. It is so soft and cozy, and Oliver loves hanging out on it with his big sister.
The dresser is the Catalina Extra-Wide Dresser in Charcoal was a gift from Pottery Barn kids from my MIL, which we love. We actually had a bit of a mishap ordering another dresser from a different retailer that arrived damaged and was poor quality. The great thing about Pottery Barn is their white glove delivery service and the quality of their items. We’ve been super happy with all of the furniture that we have from them. The changer on top of the dresser is the Keekaroo Peanut Changer in Grey, which I have reviewed and gushed about many a time on this blog. The diaper pail is the Ubbi Diaper Pail in Gray which we love because it’s great at blocking odors from stinky diapers AND you don’t have to buy special bags for it. Plus, it’s cool it comes in so many colors other than just plain old boring white.
This bear night light is from the Pillowfort line a Target.
We got the Faux Bear Heads from two different places. The brown bear head is from Target, and my husband modified it a little bit to shorten the neck and make it match more evenly with the white one. The white one with the crown is from BjornDesignStudio on Etsy. It did take awhile to ship and is pricey, but it is so adorable and well-made that I think it is completely worth it. Here’s an up-close shot of it alone.
This Woodland Bear Name Sign was another Etsy find from the princewoodsigns shop. It turned out beautifully!
Thanks for taking the time to check out our Bear and Mountain Adventure Nursery. Let me know your nursery theme in the comments below and any other thoughts you may want to share!

what color of blues and gray from Sherwin Williams?
The gray of the wall is North Star. The mountains are Smoky Blue and Sea Serpent with crushed ice for the snowcap on top. Hope that helps!
